Our NQTs embark on a comprehensive programme of Professional Development. It offers a balance of high quality intensive training and self determined Action Research. CFGS is proud of its mentoring culture and consciously fosters this. Our new teachers are well prepared to launch themselves into the kind of life long learning that leads to excellence and professionalism.

Sample Training Session

Aims:

  • To facilitate SLG and NQT colleagues meeting.
  • To provide space and time for personal and professional relationships to develop.
  • Format: The first NQT session takes the form of “speed dating”.
  • Place: The staff lounge. Refreshments are provided.SLG Meet NQT Session.
  • External Application Form.
