The school works with parents and carers in a number of ways to ensure a successful partnership. We have established a well-attended Parents’ Forum that takes place every half term with our Parent Outreach Worker and other key members of staff, including the Headteacher. This gives parents/carers the opportunity to raise issues related to their daughters’ learning and concerns in the local community. It is a platform for parents and carers to regularly meet CFGS staff and each other and keep updated about important issues which affect you, your daughter's education and the local community. As a Rights Respecting School, CFGS supports the values inherent in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. We believe that it is important for every member of the school community to have a voice into the life of the school (Article 12).
